
The grapes for the 2005 Altozano Verdejo are grown in the Rueda region where this varietal thrives. The climate is perfect for developing fresh, aromatic, full-bodied wines. The Verdejo is fermented in tank for 18-21 days at 18 degrees C and blended with 5% Sauvignon Blanc prior to bottling. Fresh and crisp with delicate floral aromas and gooseberry and melon fruit flavours. Ideal with all types of seafood, shellfish and white meats.
