Characterful, solidly-structured Greek red with rich prune and black fruit flavours. Perfect with rustic sausages. Alexandros Megapanos returned to Greece from his wine studies in Bordeaux and training at Chateau Margaux to set up a cellar in Attica devoted to vinifying the region's top fruit. Nemea is pure Aghiorgitiko (the 'Saint George' grape) from 800m high vineyards, aged a year in small Greek barrels.
