Bringing ecologically sound viticulture to his stringbean-shaped homeland propelled him into Wine and Spirits' list of '50 Most Influential Winemakers'. This rich, earthy red, a barrel-matured, organic pairing of (mostly) Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah wine takes its name from the Mapuche word for 'Moon'.
